Sherwood Trail of Lights Outing: Join Mark Goodsell for a trip through the Sherwood Trail of Lights this Monday night! The church van will be leaving the building at 6pm. Please contact Mark Goodsell if you plan to attend.
Ladies Morning Bible Class will not meet again until the new year. This includes Ladies Chat.
Reminder: There will be no assembly on Wednesday, Dec. 24th or Wednesday, Dec. 31st. We will have a devotional in the auditorium for everyone on Tuesday, Dec. 30th. May God bless you and your family this Christmas season.
Help Needed: If you are able and interested in volunteering to pressurewash the building, please speak with Jonathan Penrod.
Men’s Breakfast in January will be held on the 8th instead of the 1st.
KEEP IN PRAYER
We extend our sympathy to Mike Penrod in the passing of his father Friday evening at the age of 85. Arrangements have not been finalized. Mike would appreciate prayers for the entire family.
Please pray for Barbara Cloninger and her daughter, Susan Cloninger. Susan is recovering after surgery for cancer that had metastasized to her brain. She will begin radiation treatments soon.
Barbara Stafford still awaits liver transplant, but is also in need of heart surgery.
David Clements’ brother, Larry, is scheduled for surgery in January for his renal cell carcinoma.
Joel Gray has been undergoing treatments for squamous cell carcinoma on his neck. He will follow up with scans in January.
Nina Haymes was admitted to Springhill Hospital last weekend. She is stable, and they continue to work on her pain management.
Tammy Necessary’s father is recovering from pacemaker surgery. Please pray for his recovery and peace of mind for both Chad and Tammy.
Rebecca Jorgensen requests prayers for her nephew, Richard England, who went to the ER on Friday with kidney stones and found out he needs a liver transplant. Due to other issues that’s not an option.
Please pray for those with continued health problems including: Lovell Davis, Gail Jenkins, Joel Gray, Gil & Sue Myatt, & Sue Simmons.
